HOSTING A COURSE
Terms of Service
Our courses are hosted by public safety agencies to avoid having to rent a venue location. This helps us keep our operating costs down and also benefits the students by having regionally held courses. Sometimes local demands or unforeseen problems may force an agency to cancel their scheduled course.
Our courses are scheduled based upon a minimum number of students (20) being pre-registered to attend. Occasionally the hosting agency is unable to achieve that goal. Therefore 30 days prior to any scheduled event if the agency has been unable to recruit the sufficient number of attendees, they have the option of rescheduling their class to a future date to continue to recruit students or they may choose to cancel the class. If the hosting agency cancels the course, it is beyond our control.
Because of this, we would caution students, that if they must book non-refundable air travel or hotel reservations that they not do so until within the 30-day window before their course and not before first checking with us to be certain that the course has met the minimum attendance requirement for the date shown.
Code 4 Consultants will not be responsible for and is unable to refund individual travel costs of any kind.
